From 18 November 2025, new legal requirements under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 mean that all UK company directors and People with Significant Control (PSCs) must verify their identity with Companies House before submitting key filings — including the confirmation statement.

As a registered Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), AJN is officially authorised to verify identities on behalf of directors, PSCs, and company officers — making compliance smooth, secure, and hassle-free.

Whats changing?

All company directors and PSCs must verify their identity before the next confirmation statement is due (after 18 Nov 2025).

Without verified identities, Companies House will reject the filing.

This applies to existing companies, new incorporations, and changes in directorship going forward.
